A few weeks ago I posted about our unwelcome visitor and how I got it out of our bedroom. We are still sleeping pretty well. However, that thing is still residing in our hallway. And strange enough, I am reluctant to ban it, but it keeps getting on my nerves. It keeps hovering around, sometimes following me into the kitchen (never any of the other rooms). The cats keep their distance from it, but they do not appear to be scared. Which, to me, means one of two things:
a) Our cats are no survivalists.
b) Obviously the thing is not purely evil.
Still, what am I to do about it? Nothing? Set it free? After the first incidents, I am not inclined to trust it, but the thought of banning it feels like kicking a puppy. I am almost tempted to keep it around, maybe like the technology gnome (who lives on the shelf above the laundry machine because the tomcat kept chasing him) or offer it a container of some sorts, like a bottle or box in a safe corner, but then again... is that really a good idea or will I be getting myself in trouble?
Any input?

Perhaps you could open a door to "the light" and give it the option to go, letting it know it will be at peace if it does.
Hoping it works out!
that your guest makes you uneasy & that you still don't know what it is or its' purpose, gives me to think that it needs to be invited back out.
Maybe you should see what it wants? It might be there for a reason.
Just my opinion, but the way I see it you have two choices: A. Try to make contact with it because (as Melissa had said) this spirit might need your help or something before crossing over or B. you may decide to simply give it a "push" over to the other side where it most likely NEEDS to be!
Blessings,
Kim
Never had this problem...all the spirits in our house are benign and just move things around occasionally...
Could the entity be attached to you? As in, personally? It was completely foreign for me to think about those being attached to us, individually, until Zen. Perhaps it's tied to you, maybe? Does your BF have a lot of encounters?
